REFUND & RETURNS POLICY — ALL SALES FINAL

All sales at Resta are final. Because nasal strips are a hygiene and skin-contact product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or used or opened products.

Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at adammajos1@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or resolve it at no cost to you.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable Canadian or U.S. consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
